Schedule
Every project should have a schedule with detailed aspects of the entire project to ensure the project stays on track for completion. As per every project, the RC Baja is no exception. Within the first month of the project the tasks were laid out and added as the project develops. Below is the Gannt chart used to plan out the project. During the fall quarter, designs, analysis, and documentation is the goal so that when winter quarter starts manufacturing can begin. During the winter quarter, parts will be ordered and time will be spent manufacturing components of the project. During the spring quarter, testing will be done to test that the requirements were met from the initial proposal from fall quarter.

Budget
The Fall quarter is dedicated to planning out expenses for the following Winter and Spring quarters. The winter quarter is where most of the budget will be spent since parts will be ordered and manufacturing and assembly will begin. A majority of the budget is attributed to the labor of manufacturing parts, which is calculated at a rate of $32.00/hour. The cost for parts is currently expected to be $400 but is subject to change as the project progresses. Spring quarter is dedicated to testing, which may require certain apparatuses to be purchased to properly test the components of the vehicle. The current total cost for the project is $4252.00. Below is a current breakdown of expenses.
The budget has exceeded the original $400 parts cost as parts have broken and needed to be replaced or upgraded. Such parts that have been replaced are the tires, the front shock absorbers, the motor, and the servo. This has brought the total cost of the project to $600 for parts.
